The Quick Inspect product is designed to answer only factual information.  Please detail only factual evidence and refrain from adding any personal opinions of the property or the neighborhood.  When reporting deferred maintenance items, please itemize a list in the comment section found at the bottom of the page.

 

Condition of the home: (this should be addressed compared to its neighborhood)

 

Excellent: is a home that is completely remodeled with custom work completed. The top end of the neighborhood (already in an above average neighborhood) (rarely used)

Good: has received newer remodeling and is kept in above average condition.

Average: The home has received normal maintenance and is common to the neighborhood in regards to condition/design (most commonly used)

Fair: concerns noted with the exterior that are not normal maintenance. Would be at the lower end of the neighborhood. (IE. Worn exterior, roof needs replaced, excessive junk)

Poor: major concerns noted home poses major questions to its market (rarely used) (IE. Sagging roof, foundation concerns, uninhabitable etc.)
